Norbert Gövert: Strategies for Effective and Efficient XML Retrieval

Content-oriented queries in XML documents should retrieve the most
specific document nodes which are exhaustive to the information need.
For this problem we apply the concepts of accessibility and content
augmentation within the hierarchical structure of XML documents.
Different algorithms providing efficient and effective retrieval based
on these concepts are presented.
